She was born in Athens. From an early age she was involved in sports and then she was won over by dance. Holder of the British Educational Society (ISTD) FDI, CDE diplomas in Imperial Classical Ballet and Modern Theatre Dance, Contemporary Dance from ISTD and the Dance Association BDQT and a teaching diploma in Progressing Ballet Technique.

Since 2003 until today she has been attending special seminars and dance courses in Greece and abroad, some of them (“Musical Theater Jazz, Modern dance, Birth College”, “Musikokinetic education (Maria Kynigou Flamboura)”, “Hip Hop, Locking, Pooping (France)”, House Dance, Modern Technical, Urban Styles (Impus Tanz Vianna), Contemporary dance (Aimelia Bennett, Tassos Bekiaris, Vangelis Zarkadas, Afroditi Verveniotis), Rhythm section / tim Emotion (with Michalis Havantas), Street Dance and Commercial Hip Hop Masterclass (Dennis Victory, I. S.T.D) ). In 2008 she danced with the group “Sybration” and in 2013 she was honored by the 1 high school of Glyfada for the artistic creation in the charity festival “LYSISTRATEIA”. In 2015 she organized a charity dance night entitled “Disco night” where the proceeds were donated to the organization “Ark of the World”. Since 2005 she has been teaching Modern theater dance, classical ballet, theater jazz, hiphop, street jazz in recognized dance schools, schools and seminars. 

She founded the amateur dance group “FootPrints Dance Project” that participates in National , Panhellenic and International dance competitions from 2017 to date, winning first and second places. In 2019 at the International Competition, IBCDC Italia Lecce Gala, in Italy, the team won 4th place, in the Contemporary Duet category. In 2022 the team won the first place in the national competition of classical and contemporary dance in the category “Contemporary Group Adults” with a score of 92%.
