Fees

PAYMENT METHODS

1. Tuition Fees

The tuition fees for the school year are paid annually and are due monthly, specifically within the first 10 days of each month.

For Grade 1 and above, tuition may also be paid in three instalments. This must be decided and declared at the beginning of the school year.

September, June, as well as the Christmas and Easter holidays, are charged in full. The school is connected with AADE for issuing receipts, which are sent to the email address you provided.

Tuition fees can be paid either by cash or card at the school or by bank transfer or PayPal.

2. Attendance of Two or More Siblings

Each family with two or more children pays one registration fee. The second and each subsequent child receives a 10% discount on tuition fees.

3. Registration Fees

The registration fee is paid for the first two years of attendance.

4. Trial Lessons

New students can attend a trial lesson of their choice.

The lesson is considered free if you choose not to register. In the case of registering with us, the selected lesson that your child has participated is properly charged as part of the annual fee.

5. Discontinuation of Attendance

5. a. If you wish to discontinue classes, you must notify the school within the first 5 days of the month to avoid being charged for that month. Otherwise, your child is considered an active student and tuition fees must be paid as usual.

5.b.Lessons “missed” due to illness or accident may be made up by attending other appropriate-level classes, if available, under the guidance of the Artistic Director. No refunds are given.

5.c.What do I pay if my child is seriously sick for a whole month or more?

Please provide us with a doctor’s certificate.

The result i.e. 40 euro will be deducted from the yearly amount.

6. Changes to Class Schedule

For any changes to your child’s dance class schedule, please notify us within the first five days of the month. Otherwise, tuition fees are charged as usual.

9. Cancellation of Classes by the School

The principal will reschedule classes cancelled due to the school’s responsibility.

10. Optional Additional Expenses

The school will inform parents in advance of any additional expenses incurred by children for participation in exams, competitions, performances, or other educational activities organised by the school. These expenses have specific payment deadlines.
