Tuition Fees<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The tuition fees for the school year are paid annually and are due monthly, specifically within the first 10 days of each month.<\/span><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">For Grade 1 and above, <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">tuition may also be paid<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> in three instalments. <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> must be decided and declared at the beginning of the school year.<\/span><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">September, June, as well as the Christmas and Easter holidays, are charged in full. The school <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">is connected<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> with AADE for issuing receipts, which <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">are sent<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> to the email address you provided. <\/span><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Tuition fees can be paid<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> either by cash or card at the school or by bank transfer or PayPal.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2. Attendance of Two or More Siblings<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Each family with two or more children pays one registration fee. The second and each subsequent child receives a 10% discount on tuition fees.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3. Registration Fees<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The registration fee <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">is paid<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> for the first two years of attendance.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">4. Trial Lessons<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">New students can attend a trial lesson of their choice.<\/span><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The lesson <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">is considered<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> free if you choose not to register. In the case of registering with us, the selected lesson that your child has participated <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">is<\/span> <span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">properly charged<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> as part of the annual fee.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>5. Discontinuation of Attendance<\/strong><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><strong>5. a.<\/strong> If you wish to <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">discontinue classes<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, you must notify the school within the first 5 days of the month to avoid being charged for that month. Otherwise, your child is considered <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">an active student and tuition fees must be paid<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> as usual.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>5.b.<span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Lessons &#8220;missed&#8221;<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> due to illness or accident may be made up by attending other appropriate-level classes, if available, under the guidance of the Artistic Director. No refunds <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">are given<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>5.c.<span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">What do I pay if my child is seriously sick for a whole month or more? <\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Please provide us with a doctor&#8217;s certificate.<\/span><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Divide the annual amount by 10, e.g. 800\/10=80<\/span><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Divide the new amount by 2: 80\/2=40<\/span><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The result <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">i.e.<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> 40 <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">euro<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> will be deducted<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> from the yearly amount.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>6. Changes to Class Schedule<\/strong><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">For any changes to your child&#8217;s dance class schedule, please notify us within the first five days of the month. Otherwise, tuition fees <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">are charged<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> as usual.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>7. Extra Lessons<\/strong><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Extra lessons organised by the school to make up for missed classes or for better preparation for exams, performances, or other activities <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">are not charged<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">. <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">If students wish to participate in organised extra lessons provided by external guest teachers <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">or<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> internal teachers <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">are<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> charged.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>8. Cancellation of Classes Due to Force Majeure<\/strong><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">When the school closes due to a decision by the Ministry of Education or the Region (e.g., due to extreme weather conditions), classes <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">are cancelled<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> without obligation for replacement, just as in regular schools. If closure lasts longer than one lesson, classes will be held online at their regular time.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>9.
